Our Substitution Policy:
We will make every effort to create your arrangement as pictured online. On occasion it may be necessary for us to substitute a container or flower(s) due to seasonal availability, shortages or for unforeseen circumstances. At our discretion, we will substitute the item with one of equal or greater value. We will also maintain the same color/design scheme of the arrangement. If we need to make a major substitution which significantly alters the design, we will contact you prior to filling the order.
Our Refund Policy:
At Mona’s Floral Creations, we value customer service, creativity and freshness of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase due to quality issues, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. We'll do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. This may include a partial or full refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution. We handle each issue based on the circumstances presented and will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction. Please remember there are some basic flower requirements that are the responsibility of the recipient once they are delivered which can be found on our flower care link.
